Autumn has got us now. The colors are just stunning. Let’s enjoy a run together between islands Brygge Amager and Christiania.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, please come and join me for a run starting at the islands Brygge in front of the kulturhus, facing the sea side.The pace is usually around 6:00/km and will be adapted to fit everyone’s speed and fitness condition. The distance will be roughly 810km. Some will look for longer distances that we can consider for those who are interested.
