Africa Day is an annual celebration of the people, cultures and potential of the African continent. It is celebrated around the world, each year on the 25th of May
Africa Day returns to Dublin’s Royal Hospital Kilmainham (RHK) this year as part of a nationwide programme of events to mark the day.
This special flagship event is a free public event, with lots of fun activities, to celebrate and highlight the diversity of African cultures and Ireland’s growing links with the continent.
What's planned for the day? Live entertainment, dance & music performances, cultural village, food & craft market.
