PICNIC SPORTIF À La PLAGE Du Ponteil À ANTIBES

Depuis 4 années, une de nos membres et amie GABY a offert des cours de YOGA aux membres d’Internations sur la plage au début du Cap d’Antibes, avec vue sur la vieille ville d’Antibes et les montagnes enneigées à cette période de l’année.

Elle nous quittera prochainement de nouveau - jusqu’à l’année prochaine – mais pour son dernier cours cette année, c’est l’occasion de partager un pique-nique tous ensemble sur le sable, et pour ceux qui le souhaitent de participer à son dernier cours de la saison.
Le cours commence à 13 h 30 et dure 1 heure puis pique-nique à la suite.
Chacun apporte bien sûr salé ou sucré et boisson à partager.
nb : le cours de yoga a lieu sur la plateforme au-dessus du Club des Régates d’Antibes, au bout de la Plage du Ponteil.

For the past 4 years, one of our members and friend GABY has been offering YOGA classes to Internations members on the beach at the beginning of Cap d'Antibes, overlooking the old town of Antibes and the snow-capped mountains at this time of year.
She will soon be leaving us again - until next year - but for her last class this year, it's the opportunity to share a picnic together on the sand, and for those who wish, to join her last class of the season.
The class starts at 1:30 p.m. and lasts one hour, followed by a picnic.
Everyone is welcome to bring a sweet or savory snack and a drink to share.

nb: the yoga class takes place on the platform above the Antibes Regatta Club, at the end of Ponteil Beach.
