Going Local - Zero-Km Recipes

This is a monthly event to share our local experiences. Traveling and living abroad is not about visiting all the tourist spots, but rather immersing ourselves in the local life and contributing to the local economy.
We are going to exchange local recipes this time. Whether it’s your favorite dish or something new you are going to try, get creative & limit yourself to local ingredients.
