“Interbeing” at Social Café: Engaging Talks on Trending Topics

Greetings friends,
Welcome! Today, we are discussing intergenerational trauma. This is a camera-on event, so please note that video cameras must remain ON all the time.
For this session, I’d like to start with this quote:
“Our brains are wired for connection, but trauma rewires them for protection. That’s why healthy relationships are difficult for wounded people.”
What we’ll do?
I will present a PowerPoint on the following topics:
•Intergenerational trauma and its transmission
•Hope and motivation
•Intrinsic vs. extrinsic motivation
•Overcoming negative belief systems rooted in unresolved trauma
•After the presentation, we will have a meaningful discussion and a short Q&A session.
This event may be triggering, so please be mindful and remain respectful to all participants!
DISCLAIMER: This is not a therapy session or consultation. We aim to foster meaningful conversations. If you feel you need professional help, we kindly encourage you to seek assistance from a qualified professional in your area.
Looking forward to our event!
