Please use your Internations name (first name needed only, surname is optional) when entering the waiting room. We are utilizing the waiting room to screen for outliers who are not members or not registered for the event.

If you use the InterNations website or app, it should give you the time from your registered chapter on InterNations. In other words, go to your sign-in page and check in with your current locality as that may be different than the Munich time zone.

And lastly, there is a pull-down menu to the right of the "attend / Cancel event button" allowing you to "add to your personal calendar" if you use Windows (Microsoft), Apple, or Google apps.
