Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all having a great start of the year Protected content .

I still feel new to Dublin although I have moved here 16 months ago already. I would really like to create a group of like-minded people who would like to learn yoga and meditation, or practice mindfulness, and/or just share experiences once a month.

That is why I have created this workshop Beginner’s Yoga and Meditation on 1st February Protected content , 4:00-6:00PM at Protected content

If you would like to start up a serious and healthy yoga lifestyle, you have to know and understand the basic principles of yoga. In this workshop, you will also learn the proper breathing techniques that you can use not only during yoga practice but also in real life experiences such as fear, loss, anxiety, depression, etc.

I have been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for 10 years. I have used these tools to help me cope with my experiences in life including moving abroad, dealing with difficult people, unclear goals, and even just going through tough moments in life.

So I hope you can join me so you can also experience the therapeutic benefits of this practice. The workshop costs 25€ which covers the workshop preparation, mat and studio rental.
