What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is to be aware of what is going on in your mind, body and surroundings. When you breathe in, and if you know that you are breathing in, that is called mindfulness of breathing.
When you drink your tea, and if you are aware that you are drinking your tea, that is called mindfulness of drinking.
Mindfulness is being mindful of something.
Let's discuss the different Mindful Ways of Living while having a cup of tea in the heart of Dublin.
