Getting It Done: From Idea to Achievement
“Whatever Your Life’s Work Is, Do It Well.”
— Martin Luther King Jr.
Dear friends,
Let me adapt this known adage and say, "Whatever Your Life’s Project Is, Manage It Well." Our daily entrepreneurial lives require strong skills to turn ideas into plans, plans into projects, and projects well-delivered into achievements and financial rewards.
I am thrilled to have my good friend Pietro Ferrario as our April session guest. Drawing from his broad and deep experience as a project manager in various sectors, Pietro will facilitate an interactive, simple workshop on the steps required to turn ideas into achievements.
Following our now traditional triad structure, we will cover:
• What it takes to turn an idea into an actionable roadmap
• How to break down plans into manageable projects
• The elements at play in running business projects well
As always at our gatherings, everyone will be invited to ask questions and share valuable experiences and perspectives.
Do not miss an opportunity to refresh your knowledge on the value of project management in your entrepreneurial or independent professional activities! We look forward to seeing many of you again and hope to welcome many newcomers to our community.
Ruby Claire is hosting us free of charge, so please order one beverage from the bar as a token of appreciation to our host.
Afterwards, everyone is welcome to join us for a brief lunch at the nearby Confédération Centre food court.
