Good Posture Walk and Exercise in Treptower Park

Welcome to join me on a walk in Treptower Park, on Wednesday, the 2nd of April, at 17.00.
During this gathering, we’ll focus on how to move our bodies better while walking and exercising—ensuring we protect and support our joints and spine.
We'll work on aligning our posture into a position, where the glute muscles can strengthen, and the psoas muscle can stretch. Along the way, we’ll also stop at a grassy area in the park to do a 15-minute stretching and body exercise session emphasizing maintaining good posture.
This walk and exercise session will gently warm up your body, making it the perfect way to unwind after a workday. There’s no need for special gear—just come as you are and enjoy the outdoor activity.
The entire walk and exercise will last about 75 minutes. We’ll meet at the park, Protected content
