Fitness Walk at Tiergarten

Join me for a fun fitness walk in Tiergarten on Sunday, February 16th, at 11 a.m.!
We’ll walk for an hour at a brisk pace (around 6 km/h) and explore this amazing park's beautiful, ever-changing paths.
Please note that it is a SPORT ACTIVITY, which means, you should wear comfortable shoes to be able to follow the group comfortably.
While we’ll focus on keeping a steady pace, you can always come back later to admire the details or explore more.
Afterward, we’ll do some simple stretches to relax, then either stroll leisurely or grab a coffee nearby.
This fast-paced walk is a great way to kickstart your fitness to get ready for the spring by burning Protected content per hour while strengthening your legs, glutes, abs, and back. It’s a pleasant and manageable workout for everyone!
Why Tiergarten? Its vastness means no two walks are ever the same, and there’s always stunning nature to enjoy, no matter the season.
