Come and join me for a fitness walk at Tempelhof Field this Saturday 27th of July at 10 a.m.

We'll walk for about an hour, covering a distance of 6+ km. It's a great way to burn some calories, strengthen your body, and get in shape.

We'll walk at a fast pace, burning around Protected content 400 calories per hour. If you're up for it, we can mix up the speed a bit with a "disruptive walk." I can also show you how to use Nordic walking sticks if you're interested.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that allow you to walk faster than usual. It'll be a sporty activity but enjoyable for everyone.

After our walk, we'll relax on the grass and have some drinks (bring yours), some chat and some sun (and hopefully some fun ;-))

Why Tempelhof? Because it offers a wide, open space where you can see the horizon without any obstructions. It's a place that makes me feel free and rejuvenated. Plus, the wild gardens are beautiful this time of year, and the unique architecture and active atmosphere make it a motivating place to exercise.

We'll meet at the main gate in front of the S-Bahn/U6 Tempelhof station.

You'll spot me with my Nordic walking sticks.
If you have your own, bring them along!
