Historical Sunday: Visit L'hôtel-Dieu, La Grave
So you've photographed it hundreds of times, now let's take advantage of LES JOURNÉES EUROPÉENNES DU PATRIMOINE to visit inside L'hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques, La Grave. Find out what went on behind those famous walls and the iconic dome.

We'll follow the visit with a walk along the Garonne, stopping to find out about the incredible floods of the 19th century.
Of course, there is only one way to round off this Historical morning.... with a lovely lunch. We are planning to eat in the restaurant Les Arcades in the Capitole which offers a traditional Toulouse brasserie menu ( Protected content ).
