Calling all explorers, nature lovers, and food enthusiasts! Join us for a unique Internations Lisbon adventure in the magical Sintra. This is your chance to step away from the hustle and bustle, connect with fellow professionals, and immerse yourself in the beauty, history, and flavors of this enchanting region.
We’ll kick off our journey together at the Portela de Sintra train station.
First stop: A visit to a famous pastelaria to taste their legendary queijadas.
Then, we immerse ourselves in the forest, walking through its serene beauty until we reach the chapel of Quinta da Ribafria.
Explore the Quinta and its unique cistern, a true hidden treasure.
On the way back, we pass through the Parque José Pinto Vasques, a peaceful green haven.
Bonus for food lovers! For those who wish, we’ll end the day with a hearty Cozido à Portuguesa at a cozy local restaurant—for just 8€/dish!
Hiking difficulty: Easy
Duration: 3-4h light walk
What to wear: hiking pants/leggings, tenis/hiking shoes, Cap (if sunny), hoodie if cool.
What to bring: Water, camera, snack.
