This cherished coffee shop and bakery was founded in Protected content chefs Sandro Carpene and Mirko d'Agata. Starting as a small Italian bakery on Ontario Street, it quickly gained a reputation for its authentic bomboloni and panettone.

In Protected content , the coffee shop relocated to a beautiful new space on Protected content Street. This larger venue features an inviting dining room and a cozy atmosphere, complete with handcrafted furniture made from Quebec maple wood and a centerpiece olive tree.

Sandro Carpene remains dedicated to the café, emphasizing traditional Italian culinary practices. With business partner Ivana Ménard, the bakery continues to delight customers with pizzas al taglio, fresh pasta dishes, and an impressive selection of pastries.
