Weekend Trip to Aberdares - Mount Satima
This weekend we go to Aberdares - Staying at Protected content . We will drive there early Saturday morning. After checking in we can take short hikes around the area and relax for the day. On the Sunday depending on the mood we can go hike the very scenic Mount Satime and then return home. Options are at the lodge to camp or get a room.
In terms of travel - planning to rent a car for 2 days - that can sit 4. Estimate fuel /rent around 35K. So about 9K per person in transport. Plus guide fees and any park entrance. Accommodation will depend on what option you select (let me know in advance so I can book) ...but
Camping with your own gear is 1K
Camping with lodge equipment is 2.5K.
Getting your own chalet Protected content .
Breakfast - Add 2K, Halfboard - Add 4K
For food we can always get our own stuff, get on the way or find places nearby if you don't want to eat atProtected content
Activities - fly fishing, mountain biking etc - Protected content
