Dear attendants,

this time we go again to my favorite country in South- East Asia, to Vietnam. Famous for its fresh and delicious kitchen. They have a long tradition of vegetarian cooking, coming from the Buddhist monks. Actually this time it is vegan. I personally do not care for vegan or not vegan, but this place here is simply super tasty and rather convenient.
So enjoy some hot soups or cold rolls in rice paper. As well as dishes, that look exactly like meat or fish, but are purely vegan. It is one of my favorite places in Düsseldorf.
