We will be meeting at Protected content where There are multiple staircase options.
Stairclimbing is an intense workout where the heart rate will move rather quickly. Please hydrate and stretch if you have not done stairs in a while. There is also an escalator for overachievers like Conrado aka da beat
Wear comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, and GLOVES (it's dirty out there...). Don't forget to bring a water bottle, you'll get thirsty even though the stairwell is air conditioned.
