The story of Daniel Manrique Chef, owner of the Segundo Muelle chain, begins in the spa of San Bartolo, south of Lima. Daniel spent his summers there, in contact with the sea, fresh fishing and his Hawaiian board. In his adolescence, he and his friends developed a special way of fishing with their Hawaiian boards and when they left the sea Daniel turned that fish into fresh ceviches or other delicacies; emulating his mother's teachings in the kitchen. In Protected content , he opened his first restaurant with 4 tables. Today Segundo Muelle is present in 6 countries: Peru, Panama, Ecuador, Venezuela, Spain and Portugal.
