About Parque Bicentenario:

Opened in Protected content the former site of the Azcapotzalco oil refinery, Parque Bicentenario is a testament to urban renewal and environmental commitment in Mexico City. Spanning 55 hectares Protected content , it offers a variety of attractions for visitors.

Planned Activities:

🌵 Nature Garden (Jardín Natura): We'll begin our adventure exploring this spectacular botanical garden, which showcases seven diverse ecosystems and houses an impressive orchid collection.

🎋 Greenhouses: Within the Nature Area, we'll visit the lush environments within the park's three huge greenhouses, home to a variety of Mexican plant species from the three most important ecosystems in Mexico.

🍴 Lunch: After our botanical explorations, we'll enjoy a meal at the park's restaurant. Alternatively, feel free to bring your own box lunch.

🚶🏽‍♀️ Lake Walk: Post-lunch, we'll take a leisurely stroll around the park's artificial lake, providing a serene environment for relaxation.

🥏Earth Garden (Jardín Tierra): We'll conclude our day in this area, perfect for unstructured fun. Bring along a frisbee or a deck of cards, or simply enjoy hanging out and chatting in this open park space.
