It's hard to believe, but most crêpe restaurants in Paris serve frozen crêpes, industrial batter, or batter made with low-quality ingredients.
Fortunately, some chefs know how to do things right!
I invite you to discover "Sénégalette", a restaurant offering delicious gluten-free French-Senegalese crêpes and galettes. Reviews are excellent, and it's easily accessible by metro.
