March 29th, I went checking on an interesting hike/walk (7,5 K) and really was surprised of how remarkable it was. Usually, the 3th weekend of April, is the best to visit the fruit trees in the centre of Belgium because it is the blossem's best moment. The woods are still a bit transparent with beautiful sun rays reaching deep between the trees.

The trip starts in the beautiful centre of Protected content
Saturday morning, there's a small market in the centre of the village.
Good start of the day with coffee and some viennoiserie.

We start the hike following the numbered hiking network which takes us up and around one of the 'witness hills'. We leave the pitoreske village centre after less than a kilometer. We walk through vineyards, fruit trees, uphill, downhill, open fields, ...

We return in the village center where we can have a drink - I recommend a local with pinot gris wine ! - and we even can have lunch - choice of really local dishes.
