Choro Konzert Mit Oliver Lob & Susanne Ortner
Choro is a Musical Genre from Brazil.
A short history of Choro:
Choro is an old Brazilian musical style that developed in Rio de Janeiro around Protected content .
Its roots were strongly influenced by European dances such as the polka or the waltz, while the rhythmic background came from African beats.
Choro has grown into a cultural and musical heritage of Brazil and is experiencing a huge renaissance. Percussion and harmony instruments (cavaquinho, 6- and 7-string guitar, bandolim, clarinet, accordion, flute, even trombone and trumpet etc.) are played in choro music, which is known as the most important ancestor of samba. While choro used to be largely unknown in Europe, it has become increasingly popular in recent years.
Pixinguinha and Jacob do Bandolim are two of the best-known choro composers.
Oliver & Susanne are professional musicians and it will a pleasure to see and hear them.
