Highlighting ancestral music untouched by European influence, along with Afro-Peruvian melodies and traditional sounds of South American pan flutes and drums, Sikuris St. Lawrence is committed to preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of the Andean region.
Sikuris St. Lawrence is a Toronto-based ensemble of South American musicians, who believe that traditional music is a powerful tool for community building and cultural revitalization. Through their music, they aim to inspire a new generation of young people to connect with their roots and their communities, creating a deeper appreciation for the rich cultural traditions of the Andes.
