Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation
Movement, attention and breathing!
Come and do yoga with me on two Sundays at 14:00 during December!
This is an introduction to a 12 times yoga course that I will give in the spring of Protected content .
We will do 90 minutes of yoga, consisting of different yoga styles, a breathing exercise and a mindfulness meditation. We stay warm during fascia stimulating movements and Hathayoga flows, explore the flexibility of the body and the senses in yin yoga poses and develop our mindfulness muscle as we meditate with a focus on the breath.
When we are done, we sit in a circle for Protected content to talk about the experience we had together.
Remember to arrive on time!
Bring your own mat and we'll see you in the hall!
Bring a yoga block, a pillow and a water bottle if you need to.
