Mindfulness Breathing Meditation
We will be training on this 5 stage meditation. Buddha was in search for a deeper wisdom and practiced this on his journey to enlightenment. This meditation consists of both sitting and walking meditation.
At this stage, our goal is to shorten the periods of mind-wandering and extend the periods of sustained attention to the meditation object.
Once finished, we can sit down and have a 15 minutes to talk about our experience.
Please bring your mat and a water bottle if you prefer having it.
