Let's Have Lunch

Hello everyone!

I'd like to welcome you to the first activity of the group since David left last year.

I hope to organise a monthly lunch, dinner, or occasional brunch and I hope you will join me in enjoying some food in and around Oxford.

For our first get-together, let's meet for a weekend lunch and chat in a well-established French restaurant in Oxford.

PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP IF YOU WILL JOIN US - not showing up on the day is impolite towards me and your fellow guests. Thank you for your consideration.

ARRIVAL:
We allow for a 15mins grace period before ordering.

RSVP: 

If you have said "Yes" but your plans changed, please be considerate and change your RSVP as early as possible, allowing for others to take your place.

If you need to cancel at the last minute, kindly send me an SMS or WhatsApp. Please DO NOT contact me via the site, as I may not receive your message.

MENU:

No set food or drinks menu is organised, you will be able to order from the menu as you wish.

FOOD PREFERENCES AND ALLERGIES:
Everyone is welcome.
If you have allergies please consider calling the restaurant independently to check if they cater for you; I do not check that myself.

PAYMENT:

We pay individually, i.e. you pay for what you eat (+ share of service charge, if you wish). This is a simple rule to make it fair all around.
