Street Festival / Climate Week Porz

Hello everyone,

a last-minute invitation: This week, there is a Climate Week in Köln-Porz with various events, including a street festival on Saturday. The overall focus is on sustainability and how to deal with the climate crisis.

Come join us to learn, meet some people and maybe grab some food / drinks as well, while walking through Porz. The Rhine is nearby as well, so we could also enjoy the view and nature there.

Here is a translation of the description of the street festival:

"With a flea market, live music and culinary delights, we are bringing life to the pedestrian zone in Porz. There will be information stands about the new developments in the center of Porz and how we can make our everyday lives and our district more environmentally friendly. There will be a bouncy castle and creative activities for the little ones. For a good interpersonal climate in Porz!

The Veedelsfest is organized by Klimatreff Porz, Bürgerverein Porz-Mitte, Büro Porz Mitte, City Center Porz and Sozialraumkoordination Porz with the participation of many other Porz institutions, stores and associations."

The festival will run from 9am to 6pm. We will meet around 2:30pm.
