Flowers of Sevillian artichokes in leek and manzanilla beurre blanc
Main course of your choice served with spinach or potatoes
Sea bass in aniseed shrimp bisque with sautéed beans

Scrambled eggs with seasonal mushrooms
B) The second option is to choose between 5 gourmet tapas of the house from the following ones
Granada - Caramelised onion soup with green baby beans with crispy chorizo
Huelva - "Ajoblanco" with w/black garlic with shrimp tartare & shaved frozen grapes
Jaen - Mini river trout over grilled aubergine pate
Sevilla - Artichokes & leeks in beurre blanc with manzanilla wine and Poyoyo cheese
Almeria - Red prawn on aniseed bisque and confit tomato
Cadiz - Our FAMOUS crunchy potato with herb butter and roasted garlic
Cordoba - Mini Stewed oxtail pie "Nazari"
Malaga - Boneless suckling goat from Canillas with purple carrots, grilled mango
Fresh sourdough olive bread with olive oil and olives from Malaga
Two glasses of wine per person or soft drink will be included.
Very important, when registering you must indicate your preference between the two options.
