Free Modern Dance Class
Do join us to this fun dance class for all levels, no previous experience needed. We start we a good warm up, followed by isolations, a good stretch and moving onto learning some steps and technique. We end the class with a fun dance routine. The class is a modern style of dance and quite dynamic. A good level of fitness helps.
