well, before we do the second round of "Test the West" - let us take a look at the history of Russian Stuttgart, still very present in place names and institutions, Eugensplatz and Gerichtsviertel. We start at amazing Eugensplatz around 17:00 onward if you want to have a drink or an ice-cream (Apotheke or Eispinguin). At 18:15 I start explaining Eugensplatz, together with Galatea Brunnen and Mops Statue. We then walk down to and through Akademikerviertel, Olgastrasse, have a look at the architecture, and also take a look at Staatsgallerie und Geschichtsmuseum, which completes the Eugensplatz architecture. At 19.45 I booked Der Becher (outside, yes I am a believer - we just in case, we have places inside..), a traditional Swabian restaurant. Meeting point is Eugensplatz, take U15 or Bus 42.
