Survivors - A Play About Love and A Disaster at Sea
Daniel is expecting another disturbing night working the graveyard shift at a Vessel Traffic Services station in Helsingborg, Sweden. Daniel is haunted by ghosts of the past. Both in general and quite literally, in the form of Maggie, a vivacious Scottish woman he met on the MS Estonia on 28 September Protected content night it sank to the bottom of the Baltic Sea.
Years later, these two passengers meet again to share their secrets and confront what happened – both that night and since.
"Survivors" takes a bitter-sweet look at how humans deal with disaster, and is at once humorous, touching and sincere.
