Trip to the Toronto Film Festival - Sept. 2025

Let’s embark on another cinematic journey! After our legendary trip to Telluride in Protected content , this fall we’ll explore the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), one of the most influential platforms for global cinema.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary in Protected content , TIFF promises prestigious premieres, exciting film gems, and star-studded red-carpet events filled with celebrity-spotting opportunities.

To give you a taste of TIFF’s lineup, last year’s selection included All We Imagine as Light, Anora, Better Man, The Brutalist, Conclave, Emilia Pérez, Heretic, Hit Man, Megalopolis, Queer, The Seed of the Sacred Fig, and We Live in Time.

Beyond TIFF, we’ll explore Toronto’s highlights, from the CN Tower and bustling markets to the serene Toronto Islands. Just 1.5 hours away, Niagara Falls offers an unforgettable day trip. Toronto’s rich cultural mix also guarantees great food, with must-visit neighborhoods like Greek Danforth Avenue, Little Italy, Little Portugal, Chinatown, and Koreatown.

Please note that this is not a fully organized round trip - everyone will arrange their own travel and costs - but I’ll try to coordinate flights, accommodations, and meet-ups during the festival.
