Village Hike - Spectacular Nature!
Hiking in Western Black Sea region is arguably the best way to experience the region's scenery at a slower pace. This hike in between two villages is easy if you can walk for 11.5km. Not much up/downhills except a couple steep but short ones. 4.5 Hours incl. breaks. On grass, dry leaves & along streams.
As Fall is slowly peeking in and Winter around the corner it is truly a time of magic in nature: the air crisps up, the days seem brighter, and the trees produce the most amazing colors! In the Black sea part of Marmara region colors keep changing into December. Now is the perfect time to see for yourself how gorgeous the inlands can be! This weekend we'll follow the route of Goksu Village route in Agva.
Hits of color will come from boxtrees and oaks especially along streams, where colors ranging from yellow to red. We will walk on grass, leaves and thru the woods. Landscaped areas can be fun to watch as well, as the variety of plants chosen may bring a wide range of colors. The concept of the Black Sea involves a bit of the unknown for everyone living in the Marmara region. As we move from one village to another we will also discover some of rural Black Sea inlands. The day will start with a nice breakfast by a creek end in a sea side fish restaurant with a surprise show ;)
