TCM in Winter
In traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the element associated with winter is water and the two meridians and organs related to the water element are the kidneys and the bladder. The kidneys and the bladder control water metabolism and maintain homeostasis. The colour of winter in TCM is black.
* i will cook the beverages to nourish the kidneys; ingredients shown on photo. Black beans; Black glutinous rice; Black sesame seeds and red dates.
* we will soak the feet in warm water in chinese herbs for Protected content
* we will do foot massage; massage oil provided by me.
* snacks and tea.
What to bring:
- a bucket to soak the feet.
- a towel to dry up your feet.
- a house shoes or thick socks.
* i have only 2 buckets at home, would be good if you could bring yours.
