What gives you energy in life? Or, how do you avoid or limit what drains you?
Join us for a special meaningful conversation with a picnic at Protected content
. Please take small foods and/or drinks you like with thought to share with others. Also do not forget blankets to sit on, plates, cutlery, and cups for yourself 🍽️
NOTE: In case of bad weather, we'll move indoors and update confirmed attendees with the new location.
Let's skip the chitchat and go straight to heart-to-heart. Come prepared with an open mind to practice sharing from the heart, listening without judgment, and respecting different perspectives. And of course, 100% confidentiality.
Our friends Benny and Saskia will be co-hosting this session. They've prepared some questions around self-expression, traits, and how they help (or hinder) your personal growth.
About
Irene Anggreeni and Benny Setia, are introvert organizers who love creating genuine connections. In Irene’s work as a mental health coach and through her lived experience, she realized how crucial it is to have safe spaces to share and listen to each other without judgment.
The meaningful conversation group is a safe space to get together and share insights and experiences. The group has come into shape with help from committed friends, who contribute their time, energy, and creativity. So that we all can practice listening and speaking from the heart, build communication skills, and expand our perspective.
