This narrow canyon offers an exhilarating 3km hike filled with jumps (max 4 meters), slides, swimming through crystal-clear pools, and traversing caves. For non-jumpers, short abseils ensure everyone can enjoy the adventure. Rated beginner+ to intermediate, the gorge guarantees fun obstacles and teamwork, with all safety gear (life jackets and helmets) provided.

Wrap up the day with a hearty dinner at an eco-lodge in Wadi Bani Awf, a converted traditional Omani house, for a cozy and authentic stay.

Day 2: Balad Sayt Village Hike & Cultural Immersion
After a traditional Omani breakfast, embark on a 7km hike through the stunning Al Hajar Mountains to Balad Sayt. Discover ancient stone houses, terraced farms, and the warm hospitality of villagers who might share stories, Omani coffee, and a scenic lunch.

Conclude the day with a visit to the bustling Al Rustaq traditional market for souvenirs and Karak tea before returning to Dubai, carrying unforgettable memories of this nature-meets-culture escapade.
