The Perfect Crust: Baking Bread in a Special Oven
Dear Taste Buddies,
Our next activity will be about bread! For this activity, we are collaborating with the Association du Four à Pain Saconnésien! They are making a special activity evening just for Taste Buddies. This Association offers all year-round the opportunity to Grand-Saconnex residents to use their bread oven and bake bread, organize an annual festival on the theme of bread and allow schoolchildren to learn how to bake bread.
During our special evening located in the Sarasin Farm, you will be guided by a baker and prepare 2 types of bread (tresse and cereal bread) in their bread oven and you will also be served pizza cooked on the spot with red wine while the bread is baking! You’re also welcome to bring your own wine if you wish.
The fee to register is 50CHF – this includes the bread making activity, pizza and some wine. Registration is open until *8 OCTOBER Protected content . We will need a minimum of 7 registrations for the event to take place.
For payment, please pay directly the Association via TWINT using this number: Protected content your “FULL NAME” and the words “Taste Buddies” – Serge member of Association will be the one checking all registrations. Places are limited so please only register if you are sure of coming.
Policy: please note, if you paid for your place but cannot make it anymore you will not be reimbursed but you are free to transfer your place to someone else for the activity that evening.
