Celebrate the Tradition „Maibaumaufstellen“

Hi,
well, first challenge, to pronounce "„Maibaumaufstellen“.
What is it anyways? Wikipedia says:
“A maypole is a tall wooden pole erected as a part of various European folk festivals, around which a maypole dance often takes place.”
Me, coming originally from southern part of Germany, I would say:
Best excuse to watch men doing this manually, with traditional music and potentially some beer (or two, or….).
They are starting at 09:30h, well, then depending on weather, beer consumption, small talk, might take some time until all is up “and running”.
