West Side Hallo Fest, the largest Halloween festival in the country, returns to Lacul Morii Island with a spectacular edition. Smiley, Carla's Dreams, and Vița de Vie will take the stage. Lacul Morii Island (Mill Lake Island) in Sector 6 will become the center of entertainment in Bucharest.
