Sunday English Meditation
Let's meet for talking about meditation and yoga. Later we move to meditate in group Protected content to a quiet interior place. The meditation will be guided for an expert from 19,30h to 21,15h.
This session is appropriate for all levels of experience.
The meditation session includes a 30 minute Samatha and Vipassana style meditation, a tea break and a short talk about Buddhist meditation. We end with a metta or Loving Kindness meditation. Usually there is time for Q&A and reflection.
The meditation and Buddhist talk is in English.
The meditation place survives with donations. At the end you can give to them your donation. They suggest a 10€ donation. It is up to you.
