Yum Cha to Celebrate the End of the Lunar Festival

Let's celebrate the end of the Chinese Lunar Festival with a yum cha.
Yum cha is a Cantonese tradition of eating dim sum and drinking Chinese tea, typically for breakfast or brunch. The term "yum cha" literally translates to "to drink tea".
We are having our yum cha at the legendary establishment The Eight in Haymarket with a dining room as enormous as the menu – there’s space for Protected content across the main dining room and private rooms. While you can sample dishes from across China, the speciality is lunchtime yum cha, when wizened waiters wheel around trolleys loaded with steamers piled high with prawn and pork dumplings, barbecue pork buns, radish cakes, spring rolls, scallion rice rolls… and so much more. Don’t miss the baked custard buns for dessert.
Our booking is for 16 people so to secure your spot I will need a $ 30 deposit by no later than January 31.
Look forward to this tasty experience with you,
Kathy
