The vibrant heart of Carlton is set to become even more lively with the launch of The Lygon Street Market, a new monthly market that promises to showcase the very best in locally made art, design, and tasty treats.

Brought to you by the acclaimed Rose Street Market team, the market makes its grand debut this September at the picturesque Piazza Italia (Argyle Square), and returns on the first Sunday of each month. It was initially inspired by the Brooklyn Flea in New York. Rose Street Market currently has 60 stalls and a two-year waiting list for new vendors.

The Lygon Street Market aims to provide a platform for local artisans, designers, and food vendors to display and sell their unique creations. Visitors can expect an array of high-quality products ranging from handmade jewellery and original artwork to delectable food and beverages, all crafted with passion and expertise.
