Arch & Music: Chopin Concert at the Russian Cathedral
In the month of Architecture we invite you to enjoy a Chopin concert in a historical monument: The Orthodox Russian Cathedral of Buenos Aires!
🎹 On this date the Orquestra Concertante de Buenos Aires (conducted by Maestro Leandro Valle) will be playing the Concert Nr. 1 in E Minor of Frédéric Chopin, with the soloist Maestro Diego López at the piano.
🏰 Built in Protected content , the Russian Orthodox Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity has a remarkable 17th-century Russian style, with a mix of a Neo-Byzantine Architecture and Neo-Russian Style. On the cathedral sides you can see two murals, one called "Baptism of Russia" and another with motifs about the Holy Mary, Jesus and Saint John. In Protected content was declared National Historic Monument of Argentina.
