Walk in Montes De Málaga and 氣功 Qigong-Meditation. ☯️
We're doing the route canceled last November due to bad weather.
Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature! We’re hosting a delightful walk through the beautiful Montes de Málaga, where we'll enjoy the stunning scenery and fresh air.
After our walk, we’ll take a moment to unwind with a guided
meditation-Qigong ( optional ) to help center our thoughts and connect with ourselves.
Qigong-Meditation is a gentle health exercise suitable for everyone except pregnant women.
Finally, we’ll share a drink to celebrate our experience!
Whether you’re an avid hiker or just looking to enjoy a peaceful stroll, all are welcome!
