太極 ☯️ 氣功. Taichi, Qigong, Yoga , Chinese Lunch
Please come and join me for an enjoyable activity where we will practise Taichi , Qigong and standing yoga poses.
This gentle ancient health exercise requires no pre-experience and is suitable for everyone EXCEPT pregnant women. We will go for a delicious Chinese lunch after the activity . Vegan and vegetarian options are available.
If it rains we will just go for the Chinese lunch and I will do a talk about Chinese Yang Sheng & Shi Liao dietary therapy or the philosophy of Taichi and Qigong.
Please bring a bottle of water.
Please wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes.
