Session 1: Understanding Specialty Coffee Protected content
•What makes coffee “specialty”?
•Coffee origins, processing methods, and their impact on flavor
•Introduction to brewing fundamentals: grind size, water temperature, and extraction

Session 2: Brewing Techniques (1 Hour)
•Hands-on practice: Aero Press & V60
•Syphon brewing demonstration
•Understanding ratios and adjustments for the perfect cup

Session 3: Advance Training & coffee tasting (1 Hour)
•Tasting different brews and identifying flavors
•How to refine your palate and recognize acidity, body, and balance
•Common mistakes and how to fix them

Session 4: Practical Trials & Community Talk (1 Hour)
•Hands-on brewing trials with instructor feedback
•Discussing the coffee community and culture
•Q&A and networking
