Let's visit the historical Leuven town hall from the inside before it closes its doors for a few years till Protected content . A professional guide will tell you all about the construction history of this Gothic masterpiece. This landmark building on that city's Grote Markt (main square), across from the monumental St. Peter's Church was built in a Brabantine late-Gothic style between Protected content 1469. It is famous for its ornate architecture, crafted in lace-like detail, and is beautifully decorated with paintings, statues, and special decorations.
Leuven residents can visit the town hall for free with a guide.
This guided tour begins at 12:00 sharp, so please be on time.
