Walk in the Woods & Canoe on the River Dijle
We are back, this time with a nice walk in nature along the river Dijle, and return on a canoe at Castle Arenberg. Looking forward to a sunny day 🌞. 2 or 3 persons will share a canoe, so no worries if you have basic or no experience on a canoe. Also, the river is not deep.
The event begins with a hike of 5kms (+/- 1h30 mins) along the river Dijle from Heverlee to Korbeek-Dijle and returns by canoe (6 km, 1h30 mins, 17,50€ per person).
Feel free to get food, picnic, and drinks for yourself. Fun and nature guaranteed.
1) Meeting point at 12:30 pm outside Protected content
2) Hike starts at 12:45 pm sharp at Protected content .
3) Canoe trip starts at Protected content
4) Arrival at castle Arenberg, Heverlee 16:00
- If you come by car/bike, there is parking close to the meeting point
- Please check the connections if you are coming by train or bus. The closest train station is Heverlee.
